Josh was our service guy who came and he was on time and courteous and thorough and patient (as we found issues we didn't know needed addressing). He was willing to add to his already long day by adding on additional needs and went the extra mile to help apply a pet odor treatment before leaving. Her couches looked brand new and the freshness was immediate. Even after a hiccup in the drying process (due to our own oversight), Sean and Josh helped us with advice on how to address it and even offered to come back out quickly to help us address our problem. "Anytime you are doing a home project, it can get crazy. 413 General Construction made this experience a very positive one by constant communication of status by the owner. He was always available if there were questions or issues, which all projects will have. They were very professional and the workmanship from the demolition of tile, cleanup, laying new tile, backsplash and new baseboards was amazing. HIGHLY recommend this company. Very upfront and honest. Definitely will be having them back to eventually do my bathroom remodels. Also following up with this company to have tile sealed and walls repainted. "Alex and crew did a terrific job. While I selected the glass tile, they arranged for almost everything else. They used high quality materials and paid attention to details. My new kitchen backsplash looks great. This was a difficult job as there were cabinet valances and many electric plug openings plus a large opening to another room that had to be dealt with by framing it carefully with the tile all around. During installation I was unhappy with one aspect of the work. They examined the problem and without hesitation said they would do what it takes to make it right. In this day and age that is a rare thing. They did this work for a fair price. While some underbid them, you get what you pay for. Would I use them for my tile or flooring future needs yes, I would."
