Get matched with top tilers in Columbiana, AL

"Lamar Seals with S2 Development did an excellent job for my front porch ceramic tile repair. From the very first contact through the estimate meeting, the actual repair work, and final cleanup, he was consistently professional and easy to work with. The broken tiles and surrounding grout were repaired so seamlessly that the result actually looks better than a fresh installation would have. You genuinely can’t tell where the old tile ends and the repair begins — the color match and grout lines are flawless. What really stood out was the attention to detail before, during, and after the repairs. He took care of details that most contractors would have simply left for the homeowner to handle — things that showed real pride in the work rather than just another job to complete. The cleanup afterward was thorough, leaving no mess behind. It’s rare to find a contractor this focused on getting every detail right and making sure the customer is completely satisfied. I highly recommende"

"Started well but was not good with details. Paint on carpet, couch, and window trim. Did not use blue tape so the lines were not crisp with the painting involved. The yellow paint in the kitchen can be seen through the gray paint. Did not put the transitions from the tile to the carpet at first. Had to call back to get transitions placed. There was a slight nick to my wooden dresser drawer. The tile is beautiful and the paint looks nice but the lack of attention to the details has really been disappointing."

I’ve been doing tile work in commercial and residential for 20 years

"He did the job quickly and right. I am able to close and lock my door. Thank you"

"We recently used Brady Flooring to lay luxury vinyl tile in our kitchen. Jim Brady did an excellent job and we love our new floor. His price was very reasonable and his work ethic was great. He was very attentive to details and spent a great deal of time making sure the transitions to the surrounding rooms was done correctly. I would definitely use Brady Flooring again!"
