"Santos as very professional ! Needs to make sure that customer gets a copy of the signed contract though. Crew did a beautiful job and were extremely quick ! Proposed 4 days, but was completed in 2 days. I would for sure hire him again and have already given his name out to others."

"It went really well. He was really good to work with."

"Very satisfied with job done and will definitely use again for other projects! Wonderful customer service. Performs tasks with attention to detail as if doing it for himself."

"When he came to our house he did the other jobs very well and said that he would come back a few days later and then made excuses why he couldn't come back to fix the dripping shower. He said that the shower faucet needed to be replaced and he had a tough time taking it apart and was going to cut the pipe, our tile and then replace with a larger vanity plate with a new faucet. Our friend came over and was able to remove it in seconds. He never did show up to fix it - first it was going to be 3 days and then the following week (Saturday) and then never called and never came. As said before, he did a good job fixing what he did do but never completed the task that we originally asked him to fix. Our friend saved us several hundred dollars and now we don't have to cut into our tile."

"I am pleased to say that I hired Tommy for a complete tile shower install. I couldn?t be happier with the outcome! My wife and I are very pleased. His communication was on point, and he was very courteous and professional! This guy is talented to say the least. After speaking with Tommy in person, I knew that I hired the right man for the job. I gave Tommy 5 stars but would rate him 10/10!!!"
