When he finished , our 20 plus year old floor looked brand new. He worked all day until the floor was perfect. David is a professional who helped us pick the best grout color. The caulking wasn't much better. He was reasonable in that he didn't charge me for all the actual hours worked. I'm having the entire room redone today and it's going to cost almost $600 and even this company has informed me that some of the grout is impossible to remove from some of the tiles."
