"James was fair, honest and friendly in every step of this process. He explained what needed to be done and his price was very reasonable. My main goal was to obtain high quality, professional work and that's exactly what I got. James made a couple of suggestions that solved some long standing issues. We could not be happier with the results. It's so much better than what we had before! His tile work is not only beautiful but letter straight and even. James obviously values the finer details of the job. I would definitely hire him again for any tile work I might need in the future."

"Superior communication, prompt, reliable and professional. Expert installation of ceramic floor tile, going above and beyond to provide an excellent finished product. This type of service and quality of work is almost impossible to find. I cannot recommend this gentleman more, You will not be disappointed."

"Everyone I talked to with this company was very responsive, friendly, and professional. And the work was reasonably priced. However, I was not impressed by the work. The tile and grout were not as clean as I hoped; when I wiped the floor my rag came up black, and there were flecks of dirt and stains clearly visible that easily came off with a rag. My boyfriend says I need to more clearly define my expectations, and it may be true that my expectations were unreasonable for the service I paid for. But I think professionals who specialize in one task should do as good as or a better job than I would... To their credit, they did call to verify my satisfaction, but I had left town right after the service and my 5 day window was up before I looked closely at the floor..."

"We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International of Metro Nashville. From our initial contact with both Parker Higgins and Adam Surface, they went out of their way to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Adam's insight to tile options, and his very personal demeanor were a key factor in selecting them as our provider. He met my wife multiple times at his selected tile shop to make sure she was happy with her selection of tile. The process from initial contact, through proposal to the ordering process was incredibly smooth. We'll definitely be using them again."

"Impossible to get information on how many tile choices are available. Don't want them to come out with 3 samples, especially if they are not the color/style wanted."
