He tore out our old out of date ceramic floor tile in our master bath and replaced it with wood look porcelain planks as well as replacing some dated wall tile with marble mosaic. Looks fantastic. I was immediately contacted by Simeon Todorov about the work, two days later was able to evaluate the left over work to be done. After approval by my condo building office, he and his man began, and completed the 900 sq ft condo baseboards in ONE Day, touched up the painting, completed hooking up my TV which was installed on the wall, and changed an electrical switch. In two days! I was impressed with his professionalism, efficiency, and quick completion of my project in time for me to put up my Xmas tree.
