Not only did he clean 15 years of grunge off our kitchen and morning room Italian tile floors, he matched epoxy filler for cracks from settling and also damage from falling pot lids that scored the tile. He advised us against replacing the scored tiles-to be done only as a last resort-- and recommended a professional microfiber mop to pull out the dirt from the pores/crevices. Josh is personable and fairly priced. We would definitely use him again and recommend him and his work. He has the Masters Touch!"

"When I first reached out for an upholstery cleaning company “Rodrigo” from Voda immediately contacted me. He was polite and helpful. They were running special at the time for a regular sofa and although I have a small sofa but I have a chaise lounge which would have been more money he extended the sale price to me. He was able to get me scheduled for that coming Tuesday at 9am. Precisely at 9 am Caleb Shafer arrived and cleaned our sofa. He was there for 3 hours and our sofa looks brand new. We have two dogs who get pretty dirty outside. They made our sofa THEIR sofa and it was so dirty we didn’t even sit in there anymore. Thanks to Voda we will reclaim our living room again. Lol. "We hired Robert (Jr.) because he was the first one to contact us. He came as scheduled and told us that we did not have to remove the sheet vinyl flooring or put down a concrete board subfloor, as my husband wanted to do. He said it was not necessary and that he had been doing this for 10 years and never had a problem. We believed him and he seemed so nice. He did work hard to put the herringbone pattern down, even though he had not done that before. It does look nice if you do not look too closely. He hurried the job because we were expecting a visitor. I appreciated that. But it showed in some of the places where he did not cut the tile large enough, like in front of the kitchen sink, and just filled in the space with grout. Looks terrible. Asked for tile under the stove. That did not happen either. But, after a few weeks, the grout started cracking and crumbling, as we feared. He also owes my husband $60 and we have been calling since October with no response. He moved to New Jersey so look out, people. Even his father phone number is no longer in service! Now what? Guess I will try the better business bureau but do not know what name he uses in New Jersey because he said he cannot use the same name. He should not be able to get away with this. Now I see that another customer has the same grout problem, the same month too. Is he using inferior products or does he just take the money and run? Our hearts are broken over this."
