He explained that what I thought my shower tile problem was, was in fact hard water and soap scum build-up--not the erosion of the tile surface. I was shocked and relieved at the same time. He patiently explained how I could solve the problem myself (and demonstrated exactly how) and also gave me an estimate for his technician to complete the **work**.
