When I finally contacted Nashville Marble and Tile, Clay took ownership of my issue. He found the leak, and helped me find good people to make all needed repairs. Although most of the work was outside of his specialty, he made sure it was done right. He couldâ ve recommended more expensive work, but did not. I trust Clay, and highly recommend you talk to Nashville Marble and Tile for any tile related job."

"Everyone I talked to with this company was very responsive, friendly, and professional. And the work was reasonably priced. However, I was not impressed by the work. The tile and grout were not as clean as I hoped; when I wiped the floor my rag came up black, and there were flecks of dirt and stains clearly visible that easily came off with a rag. My boyfriend says I need to more clearly define my expectations, and it may be true that my expectations were unreasonable for the service I paid for. But I think professionals who specialize in one task should do as good as or a better job than I would... To their credit, they did call to verify my satisfaction, but I had left town right after the service and my 5 day window was up before I looked closely at the floor..."
