"Cleaning tile & grout & repainting grout in our master bath was done meticulously and the results are great. Bathroom looks like new. Would highly recommend."

"Arrived at the appointment time, did a great job on my tile repairs. Very professional in his attitude and work. Highly recommend!"

"Very good customer service, personable and knowledgeable at their craft! I was able to not only speak in depth on what I needed and sent pictures so they had an idea of what the job entailed. Joe came to my home and patched a small spot on my counter. He also gave me some good tips on granite cleaners and a name of a website which sells polishing and cleaning products."

"Mr. Alex Oliveira did a very good job in my house. I'll recommend him to my friends if anyone needs. Thanks"

"Very professional company and great quality work. I highly recommend them."

"TJ and his crew were nothing short of excellent! I opted to use this company after having a sit down with TJ who patiently explained all details, listened to my concerns and requests. He made me feel very comfortable and he exuded trust and confidence in his company. Once the job started his crew were professional and communicative. The one thing that stood out was TJ’s manner of communication. He ALWAYS either answered his phone or responded by text to let me know he’s busy but follows through on calling back - that’s professional. I HIGHLY recommend The Floor Fathers! TJ and Chris are extremely hands on in their business , they do their own walk throughs to ensure things are going well. We had an issue with another company delivering the incorrect tiles which got installed (no fault of TJ’s). They worked diligently with me and ensure I was happy at the end. I wouldn’t have been able to manage this project without their help. TJ has great referrals too! Thanks TJ🙌🙌"

"I had carpet installed first and decided to go with empire. I was nervous about all the mixed reviews but my experience was great. I was in a crunch to get all the carpet replaced before my furniture was set to be delivered, I had 7 days to get it done. I scheduled the initial appt on a Saturday which was easy, the rep told me what to expect when the agent came out. The actual agent was very friendly and had all the samples and padding with him. I was kind of shocked how simple it was to pick out everything. The prices were reasonable and my install was set up 4 days later. I got status/progress calls from everyone involved and my 2 installers were great. There were a few nails left around the edges by my sliding glass door but overall I love my carpet. The color and the quality. I’ll return for my tile install next."
