"Exceptional work all the way around! They have a unique skill that was handed down from their father and we received their name from a professional referral. They prepared the site (a vintage bathroom) by making the walls level and square before installing any stone. They made sure that everything was crafted as well as possible - to exceed our expectations and their own. They had our best interests at heart.
Our job included large slate tiles, small glass tiles and quartz slabs. 100% of the floor and walls are covered with stone and tile. Even a portion of the ceiling has tile. Every curve and corner was painstakingly executed and took extra time to get things right. The bathroom is a showplace. We are incredibly happy with their work. Excellent!

"Top Bros Construction sure did a top-notch job on my bathroom remodel project! I initially called them because I had a leaking toilet that had damaged the hardwood floor and sub-floor in my bathroom. They removed the damaged flooring and replaced it with a new sub-floor and ceramic tile. I was concerned about how the newly-tiled bathroom would transition into the hardwood floor in the hall outside. Cesar, one of the company's owners, assured me that he and his crew would make it a seamless transition and as the attached picture shows, they did. They also provided the labor to install a new toilet, vanity, lighting fixture and accessories in the bathroom including dry-wall repair and re-painting after removing the old fixtures. They brought in a plumber, Roque 's Plumbing and Sewer, to assess the water damage and to professionally install the new sink and toilet. Any concerns or questions I had as the project progressed were answered promptly and professionally. I really appreciated that they did not try to up-sell me at any time and all work was discussed and approved by me before it started. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them without reservation. They are not satisfied until their customer is satisfied. Terrific experience!"

"I highly recommend Bio Tile and Grout Restoration! I have used them twice in the last year and a half and both times they have exceeded our expectations. I have limestone that stains very easily from anything acidic. I have had a lot of accidents in the kitchen and butler area. Adam and Jarek came out the first day to make sure we were all on the same page. Then Jarek worked so hard for 3 full days to make our floors perfect. He is so conscientious and really takes his time to do it right. He is a perfectionist. He absolutely went above and beyond what we expected. "Bella custom cleaning came to our home where a ceramic tile floor of about 440sqfeet needed cleaning and sealing. They arrived early and we looked at the floor together. We were told that some of the areas would not come clean as new due to how long it had been since the floor had been laid down(about 30 yrs) We understood this issue. The guys worked hard and when the floor had been cleaned and sealed it looked very clean almost like new. We were very pleased. Their work exceeded our expectations.
