We were looking for something that would coordinate with existing tile in the bathroom and it was easy to find several choices at Pyramid. They were very professional, helped us make a decision, came out to measure and delivered the product ON TIME. We ultimately settled on granite and our countertop is gorgeous--we will definitely be coming back when we remodel our primary bathroom! Ask for Temon--he is great!"

"We recently had Renaissance install wood flooring on our entire first floor (kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, hall bath). I am very happy with the results. Latif gave us an excellent estimate and helped us select the right wood (we are very happy with it). Once we selected Renaissance, Latif and his crew worked tirelessly to make sure the job was done properly. It was a huge job. Tile, existing wood flooring and carpet had to be removed. After the existing flooring was removed, it was revealed that floors in different rooms were uneven, meaning that additional subflooring had to be removed in two of the rooms before wood flooring could be installed. Every aspect of the job was done to our complete satisfaction. Despite some unanticipated conditions (like the uneven flooring), Latif never blinked and never came back to us with a "change order" or any request to increase the contract price. Also - and most impressively - after the job was completed, Latif performed a walk-through and his crew came back two more times (after we made the final payment!) to fix a couple of minor (nit-picking) cosmetic issues we noticed. Latif never pushed back or said the job was "good enough" - it was clear he was not going to be happy until we were 100% happy. I can't recommend Renaissance Flooring and Latif more highly. We got several estimates and considered several companies - I am so happy we went with Renaissance. It's a cliche, but they helped make our house our home."

"Quality Flooring Services was able to take care of both my tile floors and my granite counter tops. They fixed two chips in the granite counter top almost seamlessly. I know the chips are there but anyone else looking at the counter top would probably not notice them especially after they polished and resealed them. I am very satisfied with the result. They were also able to save my tile floor in the kitchen. For some reason the spills and spots seemed to be sticking to the cheap sealer I had applied. Even mopping and hand cleaning did not get them off. I was thinking of replacing them until I called Quality Flooring Services. They came in and buffed off the old sealant and use professional grade sealant instead and so far they are holding up great. They look like new and just regular mopping removes the stains from the spills around the stove (I am a sloppy cook!), the sink, dishwasher, water dispenser and pet water fountain. And they were very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again."

They also cleaned the new carpet on the stairs which contractors had used. We were ecstatic with the outcome on the old tile floor - it is gorgeous, they were hand scraping old wax off, the 60+ year old floor looks stunning.
