"Ray was timely, and fixed a chip in our kitchen quartz countertop as well as it could have been fixed. No one will notice the fix but my wife and Me.As well, Ray fixed the grout used at the bottom edge of the back splash (which abutted the counter top) that had cracked along its entire length. He rightly used a caulk, which should have been used when the backsplash was installed.. it looks so much better!
