He even agree to go and buy grout to perfectly match the original colour. My floor looks perfect. In general, dealing with this company was very easy, faster than I expected and reasonable priced."

"Everything went as planned and were finished prior to the timeline that was set out from the beginning. Roberto is very good at what he does and keeps you updated during all phases of the process. We wrestled with the idea of going cheaper and hiring out each phase of the renovation and doing our own general contracting work, but we are very glad we hired Roberto and his guys to help us instead. "Eric called when he was on his way, giving me 45 minutes to make sure I was ready for him.  He showed up in the promised window of time, as well.  I was really pleased that he was able to fit me in the next day, even with his busy schedule.  Cleaned two bedrooms that my 20something children were living in with their cat and dog, needless to say the rooms were a mess, spilled candle wax and pet odor.  Eric did a wonderful job in their rooms and the hall, making them look and smell almost new!  I arranged for him to do the carpet shampoo and give me a quote on the tile, which he quoted me $150 for a HUGE area, and I was happy with his terms and he did it while he was here.
