They made sure that everything was crafted as well as possible - to exceed our expectations and their own. They had our best interests at heart.
Our job included large slate tiles, small glass tiles and quartz slabs. 100% of the floor and walls are covered with stone and tile. Even a portion of the ceiling has tile. Every curve and corner was painstakingly executed and took extra time to get things right. Just finished a 3 day screened porch floor tile installation with them that included removing the existing outdoor carpet and leveling the concrete slab underneath. Team was timely, courteous and kept a very tidy workspace. Virtually no interruption to my day as I work from home. The tile I chose has a geometric pattern which leaves little room for error in terms of lining up. Not a problem for the team. "John did a very nice job on my kitchen backsplashes and was more than professional throughout the 2-day project. He kept his work area clean and did a meticulous job, all at what I thought was a reasonable price. He was also happy to give me advice for the long-term maintenance of the marble tile. The only reason for the ding on Johns report card is that there is a light tile with a very dark black mark that almost looks like a bug (sorry to say) which John installed in a very prominent spot. Unfortunately, everyone who visits my home notices this immediately. Since there was so much surplus material available, I really wish that John had substituted a cleaner tile in place of the one that he used."

"He was great! Quickly responded and set up a time to come see the job to provide an estimate. I appreciate this vs just saying oh around....had this happen a lot in ChicAgo and learned my lesson. He showed up on time and then we set a time for the repairs. I had my master bathroom and guest bathroom rehabbed (limestone shower cleaned and sealed and regrouted, hard water stains removed from the glass shower doors, marble tile floors and counters polished and sealed and also regrouted. The bathrooms look brand new!! I recently moved in and don’t think anyone had done any maintenance since it was built in 2006! I also had the granite counters in my kitchen polished and sealed and the grouting redone around the edges — looks gorgeous! I highly recommend iFix to do your work — very professional, does great work with attention to detail and does exactly what he says he will do. Wish I could post pictures!"
