But they were so willing to work with me that we ended up being able to re-grout the shower as well and that brought the total up to the desired amount and they even gave me a discount so the final amount was only about $730 or so. They did amazing work and did so quickly. They turned my creaky stares into quite clouds of freshness that I get to walk up and down daily. My only complaint is that I wasn't able to give a tip to the actual flooring guy because the ticket was closed after the tile guy came through. They both deserved it and I will be using Wagner Floors for all of my future repairs and re-carpeting."

So, the "pattern" is all messed up. The carpet was ok, but the installers stayed WAY TOO LATE. They didn't finish until after 9 p.m. They should have come back to finish the next day."
