"Our travertine floor was in pretty bad shape: stains, cracks, big holes, etc. We had given up on “fixing” the floor and were thinking of gutting the entire floor and putting in new tiles. THAT would have been a major undertaking. Then came along Bill Ludwig. We found him through HomeAdvisor. Bill was very confident that he could clean/polish/seal the floor and took on the challenge of “fixing” the floor, all 1489 sq. ft. of it! Bill did a fantastic job. "The actual project was to cut a drain into my patio to allow for the water to drain off to a sump tank and pumped to the front of the house. The patio floods during heavy rain and last month, the water came into the house and ruined 3 floors. They did this job and my master bedroom tile job at the same time.
