"Luis and Carla came to our house in Ocean Breeze, Fl to repair a granite top that the moving company unfortunately cracked and was broken in multiple areas. They were very professional and timely. Very attentive to details and made sure it was a beautiful piece of furniture again. Repaired the area, buffed and shined the top so it was very difficult to tell that the granite had an accident. "I had carpet installed first and decided to go with empire. I was nervous about all the mixed reviews but my experience was great. I was in a crunch to get all the carpet replaced before my furniture was set to be delivered, I had 7 days to get it done. I scheduled the initial appt on a Saturday which was easy, the rep told me what to expect when the agent came out. The actual agent was very friendly and had all the samples and padding with him. I was kind of shocked how simple it was to pick out everything. The prices were reasonable and my install was set up 4 days later. I got status/progress calls from everyone involved and my 2 installers were great. There were a few nails left around the edges by my sliding glass door but overall I love my carpet. The color and the quality. I’ll return for my tile install next."
