I had a question about part of the job possibly not being done. They came back out the week I called to confirm/take care of it. Couldn't believe how fast he worked, plus explaining to me what needed to happen first for my approval. Pat and his co-worker got busy vacuuming the carpets where needed before deep cleaning. They moved furnature where necessary, and picked up all small rugs and runners, cleaned, and took them outside to dry. The wood floors in the kitchen and dining room were cleaned, along with the tile in the foyer. We are very happy with the very professional services they provided and will use Twin Lakes again.
