I can tell you I'm a person who understands how busy professionals are and their time is valuable; but so is mine. They NEVER bothered to contact me further or setup a time to see our kitchen and evaluate what needed tobe done. This could possibly be because it wasn't a big project. I don't know but it's their loss. We've booked Gilbert tile for our dinning room floor install. An incidentally, this is a much larger room and I am looking forward to working with them again!"
