They came out and completed the job in a little over 1 hour. They cleaned up and walked me through when we could open the vents, and how we would need to do it the first time we go to open them. "We hired Travis to straighten a 24' brick planter that had developed a severe bow and had motar issues. Travis and his crew were prompt, professional, and finished the work on time. Even with heavy rain delaying the project, the office called each day until they could start. When finished, the planter looked better than when first built. Also, the clean up was amazing. "Steven seems like a nice enough guy and he seems to have sufficient technical knowledge of tiling. That said, Steven either has very low detail focus or exerts as little effort as possible (I truly don't know which). He does only "OK" work on his own (some uneven tiles and non-uniform grouting) but wants the customer to work side-by-side with him throughout the job to tell him whenever he does something that the customer believes is unacceptable. His justification for this is that "everyone has different opinions" about what is acceptable. So, if you aren't diligent in catching poor work, you will get merely an OK job. To be fair, he will gladly fix customer-identified problems. If you have the time and desire to work with him throughout the job to point out problems, then he may fine. If you, like us, are busy, are not a price buyer, and want a motivated professional who delivers objectively high-quality tile work with minimal "babysitting", you should probably look elsewhere."

"Sales Jennifer was great during the sales process. But when there was an issue with the installation day there was almost no communication. I was getting LVP, tile, and carpet and set aside 3 days for them to complete the job. No one showed up the 1st day even though I called several times to verify my appointment and was assured each time I was still on the schedule. The next day after finally getting someone from the corporate office I had to reschedule to have the work done in over 2 days and I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate them. The installers were on time on the rescheduled days and did a good job. (I have found one area where they will need to come back and make LVP flush with the wall...waiting on a call from installation). There seems to be a lack of communication between departments. The corporate office was apologetic and did give me a discount on the work that was done. I don't think I will use them for future work."
