"Rael Custom Tile does professional, perfect and beautiful work! I love my walk-in shower and appreciate how neat and clean this company was throughout the project! I will definitely hire them again in the future for any tile or flooring projects!"

"The stain that was used for the shower floor stuck to the tile more than the team had expected. I guess it wasn?t the type of tile they initially thought it was. They came back the following day and took some extra time finishing and cleaning it but the stain didn?t all come up from the tile and there are white spots of residual stain throughout. Kinda hard to tell unless you look close though at least. Was very bummed that the tech dumped the unused stain water onto the recently resurfaced street. Our neighbors aren?t going to be happy with us over that. The pictures attached are after the team came back and said they worked on removing the stain. Paid full price. Took care of the issues with the shower but overall, not the most professional job and wouldn?t hire again."

"They did an amazing job! Very professional, efficient, and the workmanship was beautiful! I highly recommend this company and do plan to use them again w/any future projects involving tile. You won't be disappointed."

"The work was done professionally and the customer Service was excellent. They were very open to all of my request and I was extremely happy with the results."

"Daniel did a fantastic job on my carpets and couch. He took extra time and effort to ensure he worked on getting the dog pee stains and dirt out of the carpet. I was extremely pleased with the results of his attention to detail and effort. The carpets look fantastic... And my sectional couch looks great. I world recommend him and his company for all your carpet cleaning needs."

"I contacted them on Tuesday and they installed my floor on Saturday. They were EXCEPTIONAL! They made sure everything was moved, cleaned up and made sure we were pleased with the outcome. Gabriel and Lalo are both perfectionists. I'd give them 10 STARS if I could."
