"We hired this team for a major renovation involving large-format porcelain floors across our living areas and custom ceramic tile for the kitchen backsplash and bathrooms, and the entire experience was outstanding. Handling dense, oversized porcelain requires serious technical skill, yet the floors are dead-flat with zero lippage and razor-thin, uniform grout lines. Their artisan ceramic work is just as impressive, featuring crisp, clean cuts around tricky fixtures and corners without disrupting the pattern. Beyond the craftsmanship, the crew was exceptionally professional: they showed up promptly each morning, sealed off work zones with plastic sheeting to contain dust, and swept up thoroughly every afternoon. The project finished exactly on schedule and matched the initial quote to the penny. Finding contractors who truly understand the distinct handling demands of both dense porcelain and decorative ceramic is rare, making their work ethic and precision worth every cent."

"Nino was great to work with! He was on time every day, always asked what l thought about every step of the process. I would highly recommend him for any tile work you might have!"

"hired this tile setter to do my bathroom and flooring, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He was on time every day, professional throughout the job, and clearly took pride in his work. Despite working quickly, he never cut corners, the attention to detail was obvious in every line and edge. He also kept the work area clean the entire time, which made a huge difference with the mess tile work usually creates. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for quality tile work without the hassle."

"Dennis did a great job cleaning the bathroom shower glass and tile We would highly recommend this company"

"Isaac was prompt and on time and did everything he said he would do. He textured, painted, tiled and did backsplash. The house looks like a million bucks!"

"This cleaning service was performed on a rental property. The last tenant violated the lease agreement by having a large pet dog. The pet dog was allowed to run free inside the home. The tenant left without attempting to clean any of the filth or repair any damage her unauthorized pet caused. To get the tile flooring clean, carpets cleaned, sanitized and repaired were going to be a large task. Another issue was the odor left by the large pet. Amarillo Steam Team came highly recommended by two other businesses. The representative arrived to examine the damages and made suggestions to the needed services. He quoted prices of various services offered. The interior repairs were completed, and Amarillo Steam Team was called to complete the final touches to return the property to a rental state. Rolando and Tanner were the Amarillo Steam Team members who started and completed the job. They conducted themselves very professionally and answered every question asked. Areas needing more attention because of the filth left by the former tenant and her dog did not slow them down. They never let up until they were 100% complete. Everything turned out better than expected and we are very comfortable with the decision to allow Amarillo Steam Team to solve the flooring issue. The end result was better than expected. We know who to call now and will not hesitate."

"Perfect! Timely, well dressed, friendly, quick and cleaned up after themselves."
