Iâ ve had the opportunity to build a couple of homes and I really particular when it comes to workmanship. Ben is one the most particular guys I â ve ever seen when it comes to installing flooring! Our floor is not only amazing looking but also flawless when it comes to workmanship. He makes sure that ever cut is virtually perfect! He also kept everything clean and tidy as he installed our new floor. One special request he completed for us was to self level our living room into our kitchen so that there was no transition. It was done so weâ ll that I canâ t even remember where that transition used to start! If youâ re wanting one of the best for your floors, youâ d be crazy not to hire Ben!"

"This is, by far, one of the best businesses I ve worked with in my life! I liked almost everything! Yes, you ask almost everything? YES, I did! My one small concern. I was left with a crew that spoke minimal English. While, nothing major happened, it is disarming to spend 8-10 hours with people whom you cannot communicate and you do not know what they are saying. At one point, the owners told me the crew said they never saw so much furniture. I m not a hoarder, but have antiques and well made personal furniture. I was disheartened, because I had felt uncomfortable about the crew s ongoing communication and laughter during the day. And face it, nonverbal gestures can be very easy to read. The owners were amazing. I was pleased from the moment they came to my house to show me samples, instead of me having to go to a showroom. They were patient and kind. Did not rush my decision and worked with me to pick the best option for my home. They came back, several times, to check and answer questions. They were always available. Even 3+ months, after the job was completed, I realized that the baseboard had not been put into the bathroom, which had tile they had not put in, but was the original area where the issue to change the floors in other areas had started. They came and completed it in no tine. It was like a pleasant stopover from a couple of friends. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Michele and Keith of Flooring International. If I had any additional flooring to do, I would call them. If someone asked, I would recommend them. Actually, I ve told a lot of friends, family, and acquaintances about my experience with them. They are marvelous, as you would care that someone you know has your best interests in mind to accomplish your flooring needs!"

"I hired Cosgrove to replace a ceiling fan. While in the process of doing so David noticed problems with the installation and more importantly the wiring of the old fan. He made sure to carefully explain what the problems were, to make sure I understood the problems, and to correct them. Very personable. I would not hesitate to call Cosgrove Construction again for future needs."
