"He is very courteous, caring, professional, honest and above all meticulous with the work he has done for me at my home in the past year. I would and have highly recommended him to many of my relatives & friends. He has installed a complete shower and vanity in both of my bathrooms. He has also installed a multitude of outlets that were needed throughout my home. A motion light outside on my front porch was installed by him also. The house was built in 1926 so needless to say it has settled and a lot of wiring was ancient, not the easiest task but it was completed so efficiently and thoroughly beyond a doubt Mr. Delgado has a broad knowledge of home improvement techniques. He has also replaced outside doors that were broken and had to be adjusted and pieced in to level the houses settling condition. He is truly very smart and deals with all types of issues that to me seem impossible to complete without costing thousands of dollars but to my astonishment he has done the work within my means and a moderate amount of cost to me. I cannot reiterate enough how I would highly recommend him for any repairs or remodeling that is needed. I plan in the very near future to hire him for some much needed work inside and outside my home."

"Darel Demers did an EXCELLENT job for us. We asked Darel to pick up our new washer and dryer for us and move then down our narrow basement stairs to install them. But before he could do that he needed to remove a 2â x4â stud to make the stairway wide enough to remove the old washer and dryer. This phase of the job he accomplished quite efficiently. Now for the second phase of the job and arguably the more challenging phase of the job. Replace the stud and the drywall so it could be removed again if necessary. Because the house is over ninety years old there is not a square corner or a level floor in the building. Applying the decorative trim took Darel a little longer than he had planned but when he finished the job was remarkable. What a dramatic improvement over what was there before. "Project: reflooring of kitchen and dining floor area with, Click Lock Waterproof Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring by J & T Construction, Manchester NH Scott and Keven did a excitant job, wasn’t an easy one, the entire hard wood flood in the kitchen and dining room had to be removed, a job in itself. They treated areas of the sub floor which was subject to some mold, installed and screwed down a plywood underlayment under the entire area such that the new vinyl planking would be flush with the adjoining hard wood area in the living room. Their work was outstanding, they are professionals at this and take pride in every aspect of the work, and their price was very competitive with respect to two other bidders. Would highly recommend them if your considering a similar project."

"I found Carlos and CMC Flooring from Home Advisor and was also give his name and information from an acquaintance who had worked with him before. We needed to replace the carpet upstairs in one of the bedrooms. The entire experience was top notch and one of the best! After months of research and comparing different pricing and products, he completely blew all the competition out of the water (even the big box stores). "I had winterized my above ground pool in September. Everything seemed fine. In late OctoberI noticed the water level had dropped a tad, so I added water and it seemed fine. At the end of November the water level dropped again and I knew I had a leak. My biggest problem was getting a new liner installed in my above ground pool with winter just around the corner. I found Sunrise Swimming Pools through Home Advisor, explained my situation and was told not to worry a new liner could be installed. Henry came out two days later, measured the pool, had me choose the pattern of the liner and came out the following week, as promised. Henry and Eduardo arrived at 8am, moved the deck back, removed the top rim, skimmer and return valve, removed the old liner, regarded the sand, installed the new liner, using a heater to keep it flexible, vacuumed the air out between the liner and the walls, added water to the level where they could reinstall the skimmers and return valve and with water level 1/3 up the pool, replaced the deck. At 4pm they were done. All I had to do was shut the water off when it reached the winter level and put the winter pillow and cover back on. I was impressed with how they worked, how they carefully and systematically removed all the parts, and once the old liner was removed, how they carefully regraded the sand both inside and outside the pool, to assure there would be no wrinkles in the new liner....and there weren’t. I thought I would loose my pool this winter, who would have thought that a new pool liner could be installed in December....but these professionals did it. Henry is a professional who knows what he’s doing and his work is exceptional. He told me he would be there for the day, that he would not leave until the job was completed and he remained true to his word. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to replace their liner or needs work on their pool. His price was reasonable and it was evident that he took great pride in the work he did."
