"Remedy Surface Care was selected to improve the visual appearance of our grout lines within about 900 SF of tile. They offered 2 proposals: (1) clean grout lines or (2) clean and color seal the lines. Each had it pros/cons. We decided to go with their color sealing proposal. The work was professionally done. It was done as outlined and on schedule. It now looks beautiful and we are very pleased."

"Very prompt and so easy to work with!"

"Bob and Jeremy were great, they did an awesome job. I was in a time crunch with my daughter in school and they really made things happen quickly. I would definitely hire them again when needed."

"Work was completed in a timely manner.."

"Bob and his team really went the extra mile! Our project included painting kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. They are knowledgeable and crafts mans in the details and were able to help us with other remodeling necessities. They were on time, very professional and always left their work space immaculate. Even better, they performed the project on time. I will keep them in our Favorites List for our future remodeling endeavors!"

"Love, love, love our tile floors! Thank you so much!"

"We finally found someone who knows what they are doing and they relaid our pavers correctly! Our lanai looks brand new! We highly recommend this hard-working group!"

"It is hard to find good help but when you do it is absolutely necessary to complement them and also refer them to others. I hired Ascend Property Services to complete multiple jobs this summer. They removed and installed flooring (LVP), painted interior and exterior of house, pressure washed and completed multiple handyman jobs in multiple houses. I have never been more pleased with hired help. My contractor is Ryan Hardy and he will provide you with timely professional service. His exceptional performance is by far the best I have ever experienced over the past few decades. Please give him a call for your next project. You will be very pleased with the results."
