"We bought a new home and the master bathroom needed some serious help. Until I started researching I didn't even know that I could fix the grout without having to re-tile everything. We had green grout (it looked like mold, who does that?) in the shower and some holes in the grout causing a leak in our kitchen ceiling below. "The tile work was done very well. We are pleased with the quality of the work. There were a few things that led to the "4" rating: 1. The work hours were odd; typically from 11 AM to 6 PM. This was not always convenient for us but we were never asked about that. 2. The crew often used our broom and vac to clean up. We would expect that these basic tools would be part of the crew's. 3. A pipe that led to our Jacuzzi tub was disconnected leading to a big puddle in our basement. 4. Our shower control came apart after we used it two times; the crew had re-installed it and we had to repair it. Perhaps the crew should have called in a plumber."
