"Install was fine. Quality of work was good. Guys did not clean up after job was completed.
I had to call them back out . They came next day and finished cleaning up. Overall great job and floors look great!

"Very professional crew and got it right the first time"

"I had a small job replace tile in my master bathroom. I had a few other people come out who wouldn't bid on the project. Empire did and set up install two days later. The installers were nice. They quoted me 4 hours however ended up taking much longer than they expected and I think they ended up rushing at the end which one tile seems a bit uneven and there is a lot of excess grout left on the edges. But was able to clean it up pretty easily. I may have them come fix the tile 2 year warranty on the labor which is pretty nice."

"I keep Cruz Tile on my phone contact list. A great company that is customer focused! Excellent job on my bathroom with a rough-out job and brand new tub faucet with impeccable tile work. They were able to re-use my existing tile! We had a odd tile size, 4 3/8 Florida Tile, hard to find a match."
