While are very happy with the quality of the work, initially I felt that the crew was professional until I realized that a bucket of grout that they left behind to dry weighed a ton and I was left to get rid of it up a flight of stairs. They also left a mess outside where they were cutting the tile which I got complaints about from my condo superintendent. I reduced my rating for customer service to a 3 based on these issues. "When I first called Victor, he was driving home from work and said he was nearby to our home, so he stopped by. After looking at our "ugly green bathroom," he sent us an estimate. 
On the scheduled day, he and his crew arrived on time and started demo. His crew was fabulous, they completed the demo and aside from some dust, the place was immaculate when the left! 
I watched him work and was so impressed at his attention to detail? with everything!
