"The person that came to estimate and the person who came to clean were very professional and answered all my questions. The carpet was very stained. After cleaning it looked great when it was wet, but some of the stains showed when it dried. I called the next morning and they came back that day and got almost all the stains out. There was one that shows just slightly. I was very happy with the cleaning, because I thought I might have to replace the carpet. My new tenants think that it looks great. "About a year and a half ago, we purchased a condo in the Valley. For some reason the previous owners thought it was a good idea to put cream colored carpeting throughout the ski chalet. We walked in a couple days later and were just in awe. It was like brand new. So needless to say, we are very happy with the service we received from Green Mountain carpet cleaning.
