They’ve done two fireplaces, a bathroom floor and now a backsplash for us. All look perfect. We won’t go anywhere else for tile. "I have prided myself by doing my own tile work for years, but this time I ran out of time finishing up a duplex I am renovation. I tiled the first side myself and had Doug do the second. We were using 6 inch by 36 inch wood-look tiles. OMG my side now looks so bad compared the beautiful job he did. these are difficult tiles and he took the time to use plastic levelers on each and every piece. Great results. He also was the only contractor to show up when he said he would and did all the work he said he would do. He goes the extra steps to do the little things that others might not."

When contacted the owner made a visit with us and fully explained the materials that he uses and the work that they would perform. We had one special size window and he was able to design an arrangement that would work for our needs. We had five windows including the one special size window and his crew completed the job in just 2½ hours. They were very neat and fully cleaned their work areas before they left.
