"I have prided myself by doing my own tile work for years, but this time I ran out of time finishing up a duplex I am renovation. I tiled the first side myself and had Doug do the second. We were using 6 inch by 36 inch wood-look tiles. OMG my side now looks so bad compared the beautiful job he did. these are difficult tiles and he took the time to use plastic levelers on each and every piece. Great results. He also was the only contractor to show up when he said he would and did all the work he said he would do. He goes the extra steps to do the little things that others might not."

Dusty communicated throughout the process to let us know exactly when they would be at our house, if they were delayed by weather, and what to expect each day. My young children were very interested in the construction process, and the guys were so nice to let them watch and ask questions. The entire crew worked efficiently to complete the job, but without rushing and compromising the quality of the project.
