Comment: Hi there, Brian and Julie here in Oreland PA. We bought our home about a year ago. We have two bathrooms that need some help. Hallway bathroom (main priority): The tile grout around the corner of the tub as begun to lose its structural integrity and is crumbling. The floor tile, though not crumbling, is outdated and grimy looking no matter how we clean it. We would like to replace it. We also have radiant heat so not sure how this effects the changes we need. Fixtures on the tub faucet, shower head, and water nobs corroded and in need of replacement. Master bathroom: Here we could use some help envisioning how to fix some interesting issues. In the master bathroom, the shower has been....adapted....in a less than professional manner to accommodate the disabled woman who previously owned the house. It basically looks like someone just removed one wall of the shower and then hung a rod from the ceiling for a curtain instead of walls/doors. The shower head is too low for use as a reg

Comment: Hi, I've been working on remodeling my Kitchen. The counter and cabinets are installed. The backsplash is selected and purchased. I have run out of time to install it. Looking for an installer to install the tile for the backsplash this week (12/17-12/21). I'll be available all week long. The wall with the sink is 13' long and the space under the cabinets is roughly 18" high. The backsplash will continue to the bottom of the upper cabinets. The sink has a 18" upper cabinet so there is a section that's 18" higher on the 36" sink. The second wall is in two sections which have normal upper cabinets above them: 32" section and a 36" section. The backsplash that was selected was a 2" x 4" subway tile mat of which I purchased 40sqft. I did not purchase the edge pieces nor have I purchased any adhesive for the tiles.
