"This job involved assessment of previously laid tiles. That installation was a floating tile installation. This resulted in breaking at the edges of those tiles the new installation involved removal of the existing tiles, adding a new underlayment and installation of 18“ x 18“ tiles. "Prompt and professional estimate.  Work began on schedule.  Three different workers at different times.  I was asked to order tile, vanity top, and light/fan.  There were errors in all 3. These caused considerable delay.  In retrospect, I wish one contractor had ordered all 3 and taken responsibility for any errors so I wouldn't have had all the anxiety around this.  However, installer was excellent problem solver, and I was happy with the final results.  Quality of the work was high.  Workers and managers were likable and professional.  Some delay with final details and wrapping up the loose ends.  I am happy with the results ,but the process could have been smoother with one person working full-time on the whole project.  I have used Handyman Matters before and will definitely use them again on smaller projects.  They do good work!
