While are very happy with the quality of the work, initially I felt that the crew was professional until I realized that a bucket of grout that they left behind to dry weighed a ton and I was left to get rid of it up a flight of stairs. They also left a mess outside where they were cutting the tile which I got complaints about from my condo superintendent. I reduced my rating for customer service to a 3 based on these issues. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"
