Hired a local plumber to clear the drain and all they did was pierce the p trap in 2 places. Jason took over jetted the grout out, then sent the camera and noticed the 2 holes. Didn't leave me hanging over the holidays with family arriving in 2 days. Came back the next morning and dug his way under the home to replace the p trap. Saved me from cutting up all my new interior shower flooring. Highly recommended. Thank you Chloe and Jason."

"Rocco and Susan were super. I had a very bad time crunch going on. We were moving into a new (to us) home. Because of the hurricane scare everything was behind schedule. Rocco came shortly after I called, gave me an estimate, and he and Susan started cleaning my floors the next day. There was 14 years of buildup on my ceramic tile floors (they look like saltillo tile) which made them look very yellow. After Rocco and Susan finished their job, the yellow buildup was gone, and the orange shades showed through. Now the floors look just the way I wanted. And the grout is no longer black, it's a brown color just the way it should be. Rocco and Susan did a great job. Their cleanup was superb, and so was everything else they did. And on top of all this, Susan is a sweet, easy to talk to person. And Rocco - well Rocco is Rocco. Just kidding. Rocco spend time showing me how the floors would look after he finished. He tested one of the tiles for me, showing me the process he would do and the end result. He was very professional and thorough. He and Susan were on time the day they cleaned and my floors and finished about the time Rocco said they would. Oh yes, I nearly forgot. They also cleaned the white tile in the tub area of my guest bath. All the black grout is now white and the tiles are nice and shiny. This was really a great bonus because I thought I might have to replace them. Bottom line, if I ever have cleaning issues, I'm calling Coastal Surface Solutions to do the job. They are professional, fair with their prices, on time for the job, finish on time, and on top of all that very nice people."
