The thinset under the underlayment, the GoBoard underlayment, the thinset for large tile format, the tile, and lastly, the epoxy grout all had special requirements to meet the lifetime warranty. James, the owner of Patriot Flooring, reassured us by guaranteeing that every step of the installation would meet the strict requirements. Joshua was our installer. He did an amazing job. He took his time and did "everything by the book," so it took an extra 3 days of drying time, but now it is good for a lifetime—definitely worth the wait! The floor is now a beautiful marble-green and matches the hunter green countertops. It's quite stunning. To top off the experience, Patriot Floorings' estimate was roughly $2,000. less than two of the other estimates I got for the job. A great job at a great price!"
