"I selected Penate Tile & Home Improvement based on their reviews. Now I understand why and I’m so glad I did! Ronal and Jose did a very nice job with my kitchen backsplash! Ronal even took time to correct a problem that was all my fault! I added a few accent tiles but didn’t want to over do it. I asked that he not add an accent tile in one corner, but it later turned out that the extra accent was needed. Ronal chiseled out 4 tiles and added the accent, no extra charge! The end product looks very nice and I am pleased! Thank you Ronal and Jose for the wonderful work you did for me!"

"You can not go wrong with Dustin (owner) or Joe (The Tile Doctor). They both are amazing, timely, very knowledgeable professionals, friendly and polite. Did I mention they show up and also clean up? They are so refreshing In contrast to a contractor we have previously used. Do yourself a favor and donâ t let their young looks fool you. They are wise in their trades beyond their years. Our tile shower and luxury vinyl floor look amazing!"

"I was initially supposed to get laminate in two bathrooms and a laundry room. The installer informed me that are not allowed to reconnect anything they disconnect so since I did not no know how or had anyone around to reconnected I decided not to do the laundry room. I believe the salesperson told me it would take 4 hours. I could be wrong. However they didnt arrive until after 1 pm and didnt finish until almost 10 pm. If they also had to do the laundry room they would have been here till after midnight. They certainly should not start a job so late in the afternoon if its going to take them that long to complete. Finally, I forgot to ask them to leave a little leftover tile just in case a piece got damaged somehow then it could be cut out and replaced. I spoke to my saleperson and he said they usually do leave a little. He checked with the powers that be and was told no they would not provide me with any extra title. I was only talking about a strip, not a whole room worth. I've used Empire twice before and went through that same issue before. I only use Empire because you can get the job done usually the next day, but they are not a whole lot of options to choose from."

"They did an incredible job cleaning, sealing, and recaulking my shower. They had quoted a few possible services, and needed to do only the least expensive. (I wouldn't have known what was necessary, so I appreciated their honesty.) They were kind, quick, and thorough. I'm definitely hiring them to regrout the tile outside of my shower. Also, out of respect for COVID-19 protocols, they wore masks the entire time."

"George (the head of MGD) personally oversaw the entire project. We provided all the primary materials (vanity, tile, tub, tub filler, toilet etc.) and MGD Construction did everything else. This turned out to be more cost effective than any other option we found. (We tried full service bath stores, Lowes professional installation services and others. MGD offered the best price and in the end we think we got the best overall installation). From the demo of the old bathroom to the final installation of glass for the shower everything MGD did was first rate. George is clearly a perfectionist, and it shows in his work. He is fully licensed plumber in several states and has years and years of construction experience that showed in several areas. George also has a handful of subs that are his regulars that do specialty work for him. For example, his tile sub is excellent. Some of the best tile work I've ever seen. In the end we got a high quality remodel at a very reasonable price. As for the cost of the entire remodel... the total cost was roughly $20,500 including $9500 to MGD for their services and $11,000 for all the major components of the bathroom which we purchased. Sorry about the photos... they don't do the end product justice. In short, I'd highly recommend MGD. If you select George and MGD you won't be disappointed."

"My shower grout was mildewed and dirty. Hydoshield folks cleaned and sealed the tile/grout and now looks like new. I had my glass treated too. No more mineral deposits there. Very reasonable and professional job."

"Saw Re-Bath at the Fall Maryland Home & Garden show and requested a free at home consultation. John Vesperman, who is an owner, came to my home and advised me what they could do for me to fix my problem with my hall bath. I also had him look at my master bath and asked if he could re caulk my tub and walls and install a couple of grab bars plus a new tub spout. He did not pressure me to sign a contract at the time of consultation. He advised me to visit their showroom to see the tub and wall systems in full size to be sure I was getting the color and style wall system and tub I wanted. Only after I was sure I was getting what I wanted did he write the contract. He even gave me a $500 discount for seeing them at the Home Show. After John received the materials he worked with my schedule to do the job, so I did not have to miss any time at my job. John and his father Bill, who is also an owner, came on time and started by laying protective runners in the path to my bathroom not to dirty my carpets and hardwood floor in the entry way. They kept any dust and debris contained not to mess up my home during the demolition of the old tub and tile walls.
Everything went as John said it would. NO SUPRISES. I'm VERY happy with my new hall bath and spruced up master bath. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting bathroom remodeling done. Thanks John & Bill for a great job.
