Bob was friendly, sociable, cooperative and helpful throughout the installation process, which was completed in a timely manner. Not only on the stair case but other unfinished project in just 2 days he completely flipped my home. "I hired this company. They sent me a very professional sales person who spent time with us to show us what they could do to replace just the two leaded glass panels in our solid wood front =door. We were very pleased with the salesman and he gave us lots of information, answered all our questions. We will be visited by the project manager next week to take measurements and then they manufacture the panels and will install them when they are completed."

He is a hard and steady worker and highly skilled, actually masterful with wood. I made a few changes to the original plan which he accommodated. My job was finished in 8 weeks and the outcome is beautiful. Since I did the painting, I can't speak to that element, but everything else he did."
