"Vladimir and his team installed carpet, leveled cement floor, waterproofed and layer down LVT flooring . It was a basement apt and many issues cropped up during the project none though that they couldnâ t handle . It was truly a joy to work with Vladimir his confidence,cheerful attitude made this difficult job much less stressful than it could of been. Always available for questions came back to the house repeatedly to discuss, brainstorm and fix issues ( due to conditions) . As a property manager Iâ ve rarely seen this kind of attention paid and would recommend him highly. His pricing is fair and I feel like I got a bargain in that he didnâ t charge a penny over even with all the extra time he had to put in."

If any additional materials were needed, I was advised. The old screening and ceiling lumber were taken away for disposal, and the porch was swept and cleaned when they completed the work.
