"The carpets being cleaned were almost 30 years old and frayed in spots. Frank, our tech, went foot be foot to not just clean them but to ensure that no further damage would occur. On a very hot day, frank worked diligently for 4 hours; the carpets not only smelled wonderful but we’re as clean as when they were install! Will hire this company again to clean our Oriental rug!!!"

The floors were covered to prevent any residual spray products from getting on the floor. The house trim corners were protected from hose scraping. When the work was completed, everything was left in pristine condition. The company was good at communicating the scope of the job, sent reminders about the scheduled time & date, and thoroughly explained their pricing process."

The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 is they delayed my install 2 weeks at the last minute due to lack of inventory. Don’t understand how the didn’t know level of inventory when the set the date."
