"Outstanding service all around. Stone Master set up an appointment accommodating my working schedule and diagnosed the problem with non-standard sanded grout in my main bathroom. After reviewing my options, I settled on colours for both bathroom tile floors and tiled bath/shower enclosure. Chris was friendly and informative throughout the process. The difference between my upstairs bathroom was night and day, looking better than when we moved into the house and it was professionally cleaned. The grout seal discoloured on our main floor bathroom for unknown reasons, but Stone Master promptly set up a new appointment to remedy the situation.
