We choose larger tile (24x48) and had a couple other contractors tell us the tile was too large for our area. Juan and his crew had experience with this size tile and knew how to handle it with no problems. Juan understood our vision and was brainstorming with my wife when he came over to quote the job. It was evident he knew what he was talking about and had the experience we were looking for. That sold us on Caldera’s. His price was competitive and he was able to schedule us within a week. Juan was great about communicating too. He always notified us if he would be late or who from his crew was coming to work. They had to move heavy furniture for the job and they had to install wood transitions from the existing floor to the new flooring. The floor now has a solid foundation with the plywood subfloor and it is extreemely even and beautiful. Allstar flooring also hauled away the old tile and other refuse from the installation. Allstar Flooring workers and owner were all polite and helpful."
