"Cole's Quality Tile installed 2500 square feet of 12" x 48" porcelain floor tile and we couldn't be happier! It was a long project, 6 weeks in two phases that allowed us to be home at Christmas, thank you Cole! Cole's work is outstanding, one of the most beautiful tile floor jobs we have seen. Cole's grout joints are extremely small and uniform. We love our floor and the experience of working with Cole and his crew! Under promised and over delivered on our two jobs! got us back into our home earlier than estimated which was a bonus too. Thank you Cole!"

"Alberto did a fantastic job when we hired him to install new tile in our bathroom. He was very meticulous cleaned up very well and talk to us throughout the project. If he had any questions I would not hesitate to hire him again and I highly recommend him for any of your projects"

"Very professional, knew his skills and did the job quickly and for good value. Sealed my grout on new tile floors, sealed the grout on my backsplash and master shower plus sealed all of the granite countertops t/o my house. Excellent response time. He is a worker bee-doesnâ t waste time!! He is nice not abrupt."

"We were originally planning to order carpet directly from Dalton, GA, and have FCI in Flagstaff install it in our Sedona home, but Tom offered us a competitive price for both. We really like their business philosophy: very customer focused, with well-trained employees, and installation people who are employees rather than subcontractors hired at the lowest possible price. We ended up also getting a lot of tile floor and installation from them. The tile and carpet crews did excellent work, and the manager worked with us to meet our scheduling needs. A great experience...we recommend them!"

"Chad from Precision Title & Flooring responded as soon as I called on August 4th & was at my house on August 8th & completed the repair job to my LVP damaged floor within under 3 hours. Chad was great! He was able to determine how to repair my floor with minimal tear up. Very efficient worker. Thank you Chad"

"They were quite professional; I cleared everything out but they came in and did a good job. They added a hallway and small bathroom?for free and I will use them again in the future.?"

"Timely and perfect. The floor looks amazing"

"Our master bath shower has a river stone floor, tile walls. Needed cleaning and repair. Got quotes from 4 companies: one would have coated the floor entirely with their product (covering up the stones), another could seal, but not clean, another was pricey, but had used them before, so was going to use them. Turns out, that company has a new owner who did not understand what was needed, as his tech said she the repair could not be done. So, I went with NO-CC, and Cami did a fantastic job! Put in probably 15 hours or so over 3 days, removing old grout, re-grouting, and then sealing. The shower looks brand new, just like it looked the day we moved in 11 years ago. We are extremely pleased, and will not hestitate to call her for future projects."

"Granite chipped and needed it repaired."

"They did the best job ever I encountered in carpet and tile cleaning. I would definitely recommend and keep using them. They're very professional."
