"it was very well, we have an older home (and nothing is level) which can make tile tricky. Chris did an amazing job the bathroom looks great, now i just need to work on the rest of the house as it outshines the rest now. Good problmem to have i guess."

"Everything was exactly as promised. I would hire Ray again and actually did to restore my tile floors."

"Excellent! Great work ethic. During those services I discovered that he does floors as well. Ceramic tile and tongue and grooved both done perfectly. Great job! Your future is bright!"

"Mike - WOW - the floors look amazing!! Thank you! We're getting ready to sell our home and was told by others that our kitchen floor couldn't be re-finished... Mike said " No problem - we take special care of delicate floors like this.... the results are amazing. The finished work - 4 rooms and a small hallway - by the way, the delicate floor - a parquet floor - GREAT JOB - you and your team id a fantastic job! Can you tell I'm a fan - telling everyone I know!"

"My wife and I received 5 bids for our deck refinishing project. We asked for a detailed statement of work, and Costas provided us with a thorough and comprehensive list, and he won our business. He is professional, prompt, readily reachable, practical, and knowledgeable. We value his advice. He has a good team, and the work was completed on schedule, and the attention and care to detail is exemplary. We are 100% satisfied with the result, and will work with True North again."

"We hired Adam to convert our single-car garage into a bonus room (framing, drywall, electrical, flooring, moved a gas line, rerouted the hose spigot, and replaced the garage door with a slider). The quality is fantastic. I’d recommend him to anyone. What really stood out: Adam cared about the details. I had a rough vision, but when we hit decisions I hadn’t thought through, he’d flag it and, if I didn’t have a strong preference, steer me toward the right choice. He had a real vision for how it should look, not just doing the bare minimum or blindly following directions. The other thing was how clean he and any of his crew kept their workspace. This didn't actually matter since they were in a garage we weren't using, but every day it was immaculate, and all the material scraps were removed. Hire Adam because he delivers excellent workmanship, sweats the details, and helps you make smart decisions along the way. Plus, he runs a clean, organized job site."

"Excellent job these guys are my go to for any home improvement projects. They remodeled my basement and redid my kitchen / bathroom floors etc. Communication was easy any questions I had. They answered almost immediately 10 out of 10. Will be using them again!"

"Salesman was friendly and well informed about his products. Work crew was on time and worked quickly. I did not think to question the point at which the first tiles were placed. Had they been placed against the long exterior wall of the room, I think the seams would have been move parallel to the other walls. Cleanup was very good. I don't understand why the crew as sent 75 miles with not enough product to finish the job in one trip. Crew had to return the next day to finish the job."
