We had green grout (it looked like mold, who does that?) in the shower and some holes in the grout causing a leak in our kitchen ceiling below. "Needed to fix a chain link fence gate which kept slipping off the post due to clamp which did not support the gate. Gate kept slipping down and would drag on the ground. Chris Drozdz came out and made clamp secure so there was no more slippage. Chris was very professional and came within 24 hours after speaking to him to fix problem. I was very appreciative for his quick response to my issue. Would definitely call him again if I needed any more handyman work to be done. Thanks Chris."
