"Andy Grandillas came highly recommended to me through an individual in the business. . There are so many good things to say about Andy: his professionalism, his experience, his timeliness, knowledge of his craft and his easy going demeanor speak volumes. He promptly responded to my request for an estimate, and was thorough in his explanation of the project and costs from beginning to end. Any changes or modifications were discussed thoroughly, and I was kept advised as to all progress to completion. I would not hesitate to utilize the services of Andy Grandillas in the future. I highly recommend Andy to anyone who is in need of a quality, professional tile installation."

" Scream and shout â GROUT! GROUT! GROUT!â . . . BROTHERS, that is. If youâ re looking to refresh the look of your floor, counter top, or wall tiles, GROUT BROTHERS is the company to call. Call them first and itâ ll be the only call youâ ll have to make. They cleaned and resealed my homeâ s entire flooring and it looks GREAT! Instead of seeing a multitude of tile square flooring, the GROUT BROTHERS exactly matched the color of the tiles to the new grout to be used. It was perfect and looks fantastic. I love it. The GROUT BROTHERS are in fact brothers and in my book thatâ s a plus because each relies upon the other with trust and confidence. And their youthfulness is another plus cuz like the Energizer Bunny they kept going and going doing a fabulous job until perfection was achieved. Iâ m a perfectionist, Iâ m picky, and Iâ m so glad I picked the GROUT BROTHERS to refresh the look of my tile floors. So, pick up the phone and call Sam. HEâ LL ANSWER!"

"Both Samuel and Rene did an excellent job. Definitely recommend for your tile work."

"Ben dictated the job to tile setters (who mere excellent) and suggested several ways of accomplishing the project which was a Walk in Shower and the project turned out fantastic and the price was very competive"

"great service! i like my new tiles."

"Sam and Andrew were exceptional and I would heartily recommend them for your tile refurbishing needs. We have an entire house of Saltillo tile and recently did an addition and needed to match the color of the tile, grout and finish to older existing tile. That process was proving to be very difficult. We contacted the "Big Names" in the tile restoring space and found them to be extremely high priced and the results not specifically what we were looking for. When Sam and Andrew came out they were friendly, knowledgable and professional. They demonstrated what could be done and how it could make our spaces "blend". We liked their approach and hired them to do the job. They were efficient, professional and left the work space in clean condition each time they were here. They cleaned existing tile, repainted grout lines and sealed the entire surface. Sam was very good about responding to all communication and was always very pleasant to work with. We are extremely happy with the results."

"The Martin’s are an incredible family. They were very kind throughout the process and transparent about prices. I had them clean the tile and grout downstairs. I was amazed at how quick they were. They did about 1,250 square feet of tile in an hour. Keep in mind they had to move couches and tables. I’m very happy with them they did a great job!"

"David and crew were very friendly and thorough in work. It’s exactly what I wanted and I’m thrilled with the tile work. The floor from the hallway was already this same tile, and they tied the new bedroom tile in perfectly."

"I recently had my tile and grout professionally done, and I couldn?t be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, detail-oriented, and clearly took pride in their work. What really stood out was their attention to color matching. They selected the perfect grout stain to complement my tile, and the final result looks seamless?like a complete transformation rather than just a restoration. It honestly made my floors look brand new. They were punctual, respectful of my space, and made sure everything was clean before they left. It?s rare to find a company that combines skill, precision, and great customer service so well. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to refresh or restore their tile and grout. Outstanding work all around."
