He placed wooden supports to ensure the post would take and is returning in 2 days to remove them. He replaced the soil around the base of the post and left everything in perfect order. I am very pleased with his work & friendly but professional demeanor. I will have him back for additional work needed. I highly recommend him and will tell neighbors, family, and friends as well. "Project: replace tile and waterproofing in shower floor. When I had a leak in my shower floor Robert contacted me and came over the same day to look at the problem. It took a week to get the tiles but he came over the next weekend on his own time and did a beautiful job and even picked up the tile and grout saving me a trip. "This company is amazing! I can't actually say enough good things about them. From the beginning the owner came out and measured the space. He was very professional and just an overall great guy! One thing that stood out about this company; once they give you the quote, it does not change, no matter what they find. So you can rest easy that you will only pay for what you were originally quoted. On the lead up to the project, the communication was top notch. We easily coordinated materials, start dates and project completion dates. On the first day of the project, everyone arrived on time. The company owner, his foreman and the installation crew arrived. "We have a historical restoration building in downtown Washington, D.C. We had sent out nationally 75 bids for period construction and historical restoration work. This job included replication or historical tiles in all bathrooms and also replication of historical tiles in all hallways. Also the replication/repair of period wooden windows, which were rotted, also floors needed structural repairs made. There was a large amount of decorative plaster relief work, which had to be repaired, and molds made to replicate areas that were non-existent. The exterior had a great deal of masonry repair work which included repointing of all brick and stone work. Also included in the exterior of this job was stone carvings that needed repair/replacement.
