"I am so thankful for Marblelife, specifically Hobie! My husband and I had been renovating our master bathroom and purchased this beautiful black limestone tile. The tile guy we hired to install the tile did not know what he was doing and ended up damaging our limestone tile by using harsh chemicals on it. We were so devastated after all the time and hard work we had put into this remodel we thought it would be ruined because the tile we bought was black and the tile guy had turned them light grey with the damaging chemicals. When we realized the floors were severely damaged we called Marblelife at 9 PM on a Thursday night. I expected to leave a voicemail, but Hobie answered my called! We sent him pictures and he came over the next day! He completely restored our tile and it looks as if its brand new again! I cannot even tell it was ever damaged. "My bathroom tiles now look bright and fresh, with the bright white color sealer on the grout of the floor and wall tiles. Overall, I am pleased I had it done. The work crew came back once to deal with some cracks in the grout which I had noticed after they left. The reason I gave three stars and not five is because I had not understood what their product is, exactly. I was expecting the grout to look as if it were new, but it is not that smooth. The sealer bleeds onto the tile and looks a bit jagged if you get close enough to notice. It is not noticeable when I'm standing. If you ask enough questions during the visit to prepare the quote and understand what they do, you will be happy. It would be helpful if they had a sample to show you when they come to your house to do the quote. Customer service was always good."
