Since we purchased all the materials for the job, the communications became a problem when the workers, accidentally took our plastic underlayment. We pointed this out via text message to the Ben, one of the owners, and they bought a brand new roll for us. Their customer service is beyond reproach! They are very easy to work with, and their installation team is very good."
